To fulfill the purposes stated in this Notice, Plankton Wallet will collect and process personal identification data (including those derived from your own physical characteristics); contact information; property data; financial data; banking data; insurance data; commercial information data; social circumstance data; academic and professional data; and employment data. Please be informed that Plankton Wallet will not process sensitive personal data.
PRIMARY PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The personal data mentioned above will be used for the following primary and necessary purposes: Conducting intermediation activities in the securities market; Operation and management of the services contracted with Plankton Wallet; Sharing information to provide Plankton Wallet services; Evaluating the quality of service provided by Plankton Wallet; Offering, informing, and providing financial services and products, as well as for the design, evaluation, adaptation, and improvement of the same; Evaluation for the operation of the services contracted with Plankton Wallet; as well as conducting market and performance analysis related to our services.

To maintain all types of communication via telephone, email, text messages, phone calls, social media, for marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes. If you do not wish for your personal data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may contact our Privacy Department at

You can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to Plankton Wallet at the address

MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCO RIGHTS)
You or your legal representative may exercise any of the Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition rights (“ARCO Rights”) by sending an email to our Privacy Department at email@example.com. To exercise the aforementioned Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition rights, you or your legal representative must provide proof of identity and personality, for which it is necessary to attach a copy of one of the following valid identifications: (i) Federal Electoral Institute or National Electoral Institute Credential; (ii) Passport. In the event that the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached or there are errors or omissions in the request and/or form, within five (5) business days following receipt of the request and/or form, Plankton Wallet may require you to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it, and you will have ten (10) business days to comply with the requirement, counted from the day following the receipt. If no response is given within this period, the corresponding request will be considered not submitted. Unless you expressly indicate that you wish to receive a response by a different means, Plankton Wallet will respond to your request through the email provided in your request within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date the access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition request was received. If the requested action is appropriate, it will be effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date the response is communicated. Regarding requests for access to personal data, Plankton Wallet will proceed with the delivery, upon accreditation of the identity of the applicant or their legal representative, as applicable. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended only once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it. MECHANISMS AND PROCEDURES FOR WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
You or your legal representative may revoke your consent for the processing of your data by following the procedure detailed below: To revoke your consent, you or your legal representative must prove your identity and personality, for which it is necessary to provide a copy of one of the following valid identifications: (i) Federal Electoral Institute or National Electoral Institute Credential; (ii) Passport; (iii) document proving the legal representative’s personality in accordance with Mexican legislation. Additionally, you or your legal representative must submit a request as follows: It is important to clearly indicate whether you wish to revoke your consent completely or partially and provide the data that allows your identification within Plankton Wallet’s databases, as long as such revocation does not imply the impossibility of fulfilling obligations derived from a relationship between you and Plankton Wallet.
